The terms that apply when you request a booking or otherwise use our website and services.

1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Best Mile Car Rental website and any booking request, corporate inquiry, or contact form you submit through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please contact us before submitting a request.
2. Booking requests, not confirmed reservations
Submitting a form on this website creates a booking request only — it is not a confirmed reservation and no online payment is collected or required. Our team reviews availability and contacts you personally by WhatsApp or phone to confirm the vehicle, dates, pricing, and pick-up details before your rental is finalised.
3. Eligibility and required documents
To collect a vehicle you must meet the minimum age and licensing requirements shown on the vehicle's rental terms, and present a valid driving licence, national ID or iqama, and a credit card in the renter's name at the branch, subject to that branch's policy. Renters who do not meet these requirements may have their request declined at pick-up.
4. Pricing and estimates
Any total shown during the booking-request flow is a non-binding estimate in Saudi Riyal (SAR); final pricing, deposits, and add-on charges are confirmed by our team before you sign a rental agreement. Prices may vary by branch, season, rental duration, and vehicle availability.
5. Using the vehicle
Rented vehicles must be used in accordance with Saudi traffic law, the mileage policy stated for that vehicle, and the signed rental agreement. The renter is responsible for any traffic violations, tolls, or fines incurred during the rental period, and must return the vehicle in the condition it was received, ordinary wear excepted.
6. Changes and cancellations
Because requests are confirmed personally rather than automatically, you can change or cancel a request at no charge before it is confirmed by our team — simply reply on WhatsApp or call the relevant branch. Once a rental agreement is signed, branch-specific cancellation terms explained at confirmation will apply.
7. Liability
Best Mile Car Rental is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from delays, unavailability of a specific vehicle, or use of this website, to the extent permitted by Saudi law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising from your use of this website or a rental agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services, branches, or regulations evolve. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
