We use your information to review and confirm booking requests, respond to enquiries by WhatsApp, phone, or email, prepare rental agreements at pick-up, and improve our fleet, branches, and website experience. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we never require or process online payment through this site.

We share information only with our own branch staff who need it to confirm and fulfil your rental, and with service providers who support our operations (such as hosting or messaging infrastructure) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we only disclose it to authorities when required by Saudi law.
